Focused Training
Many signing services focus on a larger network of notaries, but do not provide individual training. The One Notary's operator, Andy Yip, personally trains every single notary before allowing them onto the field. We know our notaries represent your firm at the signing appointment, and we strive to provide that VIP customer experience.
Language Expertise
Over 80% of our notaries are bilingual or trilingual, fluent in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Hindi, Russian, and others. Being able to communicate to the signers in their native language not only enhances their understanding of the documents, but elevates the entire experience as well.
Experienced Notaries
We perform over 8,000 signings annually, our experienced notaries translate to less of a chance for post-signing correction for your team, meaning more time for your team to focus on what's important: closing the files on time. All our notaries carry a minimum of $100,000 in E&O insurance coverage and our signing service supplement them with an additional $1,000,000 in E&O insurance coverage.

The One Notary is a mobile notary signing service, assisting escrow companies and law firms nationwide since 2014. Known for the white glove services, Andy Yip started with a small team of 18 in Washington State, then added California, and eventually a nationwide network. Andy continues to provide high quality service by having a team dedicated to reviewing all documents signed by the notaries that we use, as another safeguard to potential signing errors, because we respect your time.
For new relationships, please email Andy@TheOneNotary.com for our rate sheet. Notary credentials, proof of E&O coverage, all legal documents including W-9, are ready and usually we can be set up with your compliance department within 24 hours.
